Lift High the Name of Jesus
“He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church. He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in everything he might be preeminent.” (Colossians 1:15–18)
Love One Another
“Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” (Hebrews 10:23–25)
Lead People to the Savior
“I am under obligation both to Greeks and to barbarians, both to the wise and to the foolish. So I am eager to preach the gospel to you also who are in Rome. For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.” (Romans 1:14–16)
OUR MISSION IS CLEAR
BUT WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE IN EVERYDAY LIFE?
How are we completing the mission?
We value strong and loving families. Therefore, we will teach and model sacrificial leadership, humble submission, and grace-filled parenting.
We value heartfelt thanksgiving. Therefore, we will view our time, talents, and finances as gifts from God and will use them to serve the Lord and our neighbors.
We value redemptive community. Therefore, we commit to developing meaningful and abiding relationships with one another that will result in Christ like growth throughout the whole body of Christ.
We value the diverse unity within the body of Christ. Therefore, we will prioritize cross-generational worship that impacts people with a variety of preferences.
We value missions. Therefore, we will seek to be informed, engaged and serving in the global cause of Christ.
We value our community. Therefore, we will display tangible evidences of God’s love to them.
We value personal evangelism. Therefore, we will look for opportunities to share the hope of Jesus Christ with the people God puts in our paths.
