HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Awana is a free ministry provided by GBC.  You do not have to pay any money for your kids to have a great experience at Awana!

All clubbers who have at least one parent who is a member will receive their workbook at the beginning of the year.  All non-member clubbers will receive a workbook after three consecutive weeks of attending Awana.

To get the full Awana experience, Vests/Shirts are available for clubbers to purchase for $15.  (Please note: Your child will not receive awards until a vest/shirt is purchased as the awards are pinned on the vests and part of the cost of the vest goes to offset the cost of the awards.)

WHAT WILL MY KIDS DO?

Awana is broken up into three age groups:  Cubbies (Pre-K), Sparks (K-2nd Grade), and T&T (3rd-6th Grade).

Everyone starts upstairs in opening assembly as we sing a couple of songs to get the evening started.

From there, the Cubbies will move into their classroom and spend the evening with their teachers learning a Bible lesson, playing games, eating a snack, and doing some crafts.

Sparks and T&T will have three different rotations: Large Group Lesson Time, Handbook Time, and Game Time.

Everyone goes back upstairs at the end of the night for the closing assembly.

MAKING THE FIRST NIGHT COUNT

The first night of Awana (September 15th) will be a learning experience for everyone!  There are a couple of things that parents can do to help:

Come early!
On most nights, we would ask that you don't bring your kids until 4:45.  However, on the first night, registration will start at 4:30 and we would highly encourage all parents to be here no later than 4:45 so that all students can be registered and ready to go at 5:00.

Preregister!
Online preregistration is the best way you can help.  It will make the first night's check-in SO MUCH EASIER for everyone (especially you!)   You can preregister by clicking here.
